Do you provide proofs?
Please submit any proof requests in the "Add a note" section on the cart page. Your order will not be processed until we receive your approval, which could potentially extend the production timeline.
I made a mistake on my order, can this be corrected?
Should you need to make any changes to your order, kindly reach out to us within 3 hours of placing it, and we will gladly assist you. However, once the items have been customized, cancellations or modifications can no longer be accommodated.
Can I cancel my order if I just placed it?
If you realize you need to cancel your order, please contact us for assistance. Orders that have not yet entered production can be cancelled for a full refund. If an order is in the process of being produced or has already moved to shipping it is too late to cancel.
Can I return & refund my order if I do not like it?
Returns and refunds are only accepted for quality-related issues. Please provide us with a photo and a detailed description of the problem, and we will review it promptly. As all our orders are fully customized, we cannot accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality concerns.
I have received my item but there is an error. What do I need to do?
We sincerely apologize for the error. While we conduct thorough quality checks on all products before dispatch, occasional oversights may occur. To resolve this, kindly contact our team and provide details of the issue (photographic evidence is typically preferred). Upon verification, we will immediately arrange either a replacement shipment or full refund according to your preference.
Do you ship international orders?
Yes! We are able to deliver your order to nearly any location worldwide.
How long will it take?
All our personalized items are crafted specifically to order (meaning we do not keep pre-made stock, and most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days). Your order will be produced according to your provided details before being sent out.
Can I pay for faster delivery?

I've paid for expedited delivery but I haven’t received it on time. What do I do?

Will I receive tracking information when my order ships?
Yes. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number.

How to Refill a Pre-Inked Stamp?
Check Compatibility: Ensure the refill ink is suitable for your stamp.
Apply the Ink: Place a few drops of ink directly onto the stamp die (the raised design or text). Gently spread the ink across the stamp surface using a tool or your fingers to ensure even distribution.
Let It Absorb: Allow the ink to absorb into the stamp die for a few hours.
Test the Stamp: After refilling, test the stamp on a scrap piece of paper to ensure it produces clear, consistent impressions.
How to Refill a Self-inking Stamp?
Use compatible ink designed for self-inking stamps.
Remove the Ink Pad: Gently slide or lift out the ink pad from its compartment. Be careful not to damage the pad or the stamp mechanism.
Apply the Refill Ink: Place the ink pad on a flat surface.Apply the refill ink evenly across the surface of the pad. a few drops are usually sufficient.
Reinsert the Ink Pad: Once the ink is applied, carefully slide or place the ink pad back into its compartment in the stamp. Ensure it is seated properly and securely.
Test the Stamp: Close the stamp and press it a few times on a scrap piece of paper to distribute the ink evenly to ensure it is clear and consistent.
