Our Returns & Refunds policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and provide a hassle-free solution if you encounter any issues.

Our Policy
We offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If your stamp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, notify us within 7 days, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Custom Stamps: Due to the personalized nature of custom stamps, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Contact Us: Email us at hello@smiie.com within the specified timeframe.   Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

Approval: Once we review your request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement.

Return Shipping: If a return is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or ship a replacement within 2-3 business days.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items
Custom stamps with personalized designs, text, or logos cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

Stamps that have been used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
